The HRIS Analyst I role reports to the Director of Implementations & Integrations and is a remote work assignment, with optional onsite opportunities. This position requires subject matter expertise in UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, Accruals, and Analytics. The analyst will provide technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for UKG Pro WFM, ensuring optimal functionality through implementations, customization, employee maintenance, and upgrades. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, development, and testing to support end users, policies, and processes. The role involves collaborating with HR, Integration, and Payroll teams to consolidate data models and drive harmonization. The analyst will also support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing of vendor-released updates, while evaluating and ensuring strong practices in process management, SOX audit, data security, and privacy regulations. Additionally, the role involves ongoing management and strategic evaluation of UKG Pro WFM modules to align with organizational goals and best practices, partnering with leaders on system design and configuration, and ensuring data infrastructure supports future growth and analytical insights.
