About The Position

OTG is hiring a Starbucks Manager at IAH Airport to help deliver an airport hospitality experience through its partnership with Starbucks. This hands-on leadership role develops supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee and tea knowledge, and business acumen. The manager will learn to build and manage a multi-million-dollar business, develop teams, and create a welcoming meeting place for customers. Training includes online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly demanding more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
