About The Position

The Starbucks Department Manager oversees daily department operations at Albertsons Companies, bringing together customer experience, product quality, and operational consistency. The role supports sales and financial goals and ensures consistent execution of customer service, food safety, and Starbucks standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

The manager supports hiring, training, coaching, and associate development; coordinates daily work; maintains inventory and ordering; and contributes to department sales, budgeting, and expense management. The role also includes communicating with vendors and store management, completing administrative reporting, and maintaining compliance with company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures.
