About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista at Meijer, you will gain exposure to retail tasks related to additional store services, products, and customer service. You will help customers with Starbucks orders, suggest products, assist with special orders, and deliver quality service while following safety and sanitation procedures. The role involves working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, building relationships that encourage customers to return, and stocking products and displays according to merchandising standards.

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
Be highly organized and attentive to detail.
Have strong listening and communication skills.
Maintain good eye contact and positive body language.
Be comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
Be able to stand for long periods.
Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
