This is a temporary part-time summer job position for 8 weeks, with 35 hours per week, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Requirements

  • A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Resident Care ensuring evidence is gathered regarding compliance with expected provincial and national standards of care and quality of life.
  • Assist in preparing and/or implementing survey tools.
  • Assist in auditing records.
  • Assist in analyzing findings to identify gaps between expected and actual practices.
  • Assist in drafting summary reports.
