PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, they are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience. We are seeking a Stakeholder Program Management Coordinator to support program delivery through structured coordination, program, and data management across one of Canada’s most high-profile aviation infrastructure programs. Reporting to Communications leadership and working closely with Toronto Pearson, this role is heavily focused on maintaining the integrity of stakeholder program data, supporting tracking systems and dashboards, and ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks, reporting requirements, and project controls processes. This role functions as a key program coordination and controls resource, responsible for consolidating information across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting, and supporting decision-making through reliable data and clear visibility into program activities. The Communications & Stakeholder Coordinator plays a critical role in enforcing process discipline, maintaining audit-ready records, and enabling efficient program-wide coordination by bridging communications, stakeholder tracking, and project controls functions.
