Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish & English required.
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
The ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and community outreach, as needed.

Responsibilities

Recruiting and placing top talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and community outreach while managing the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
Building strong relationships with talent by providing coaching, regular communication, and ongoing support throughout their assignments.
Partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs, conduct routine check-ins, and deliver thoughtful staffing solutions.
Supporting business growth by skill-marketing qualified candidates, collaborating with the sales team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
Maintaining operational excellence by supporting payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and other branch operations.
