About The Position

This position will manage the Staffing and Recruitment division in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Position will coordinate workflow, provide mentorship, training, and be able to perform all functions related to the position. Additionally, this position will oversee the work of 1 direct Report (Coordinator) and will serve as the central point of contact for the department regarding HR policies in support of the DFO. The Manager of Staffing and Recruitment will work collaboratively with various University offices, hiring managers, staff, and faculty to oversee several human resource functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
