The Staffing Support Manager, Floater, plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of service across the staffing team by providing coverage and support when Staffing Managers are out of office or when additional support is needed. This role is responsible for maintaining seamless client and doctor communication, supporting scheduling logistics, and stepping in to manage bookings and coverage needs. While the role is primarily support-focused, this individual will also be empowered to make decisions, confirm bookings, and negotiate rates once fully trained. The position involves stepping in during absences, managing communications, assisting with scheduling, initiating searches for open shifts, confirming bookings, exercising sound judgment, providing extended coverage, maintaining documentation, partnering with client teams, ensuring high responsiveness, and supporting overall team goals with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
