About The Position

The Staffing Office plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments. The staffing specialist ensures that the hospital is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Medical Office experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review staffing morning and evening and make any changes (pulling, on call, downstaff, etc) necessary to cover the inpatient units.
• Take call ins from all medical/surgical, telemetry, and ICU inpatient units as well as other units as needed (emergency department, screeners, other ancillary areas).
