About The Position

DSI Security Services is seeking a driven, high-energy Staffing Specialist to support recruiting and staffing operations in a fast-paced environment. This is not a behind-the-scenes recruiting role — our Staffing Specialists are directly responsible for building candidate pipelines, moving applicants quickly through the hiring process, conducting interviews, managing onboarding and pre-employment requirements, and preparing new hires for success in the field. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates with urgency, and can effectively balance recruiting priorities while partnering closely with Operations leadership to meet staffing demands. If you are someone who enjoys ownership, fast decision-making, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we want to hear from you.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based systems
