Staffing Coordinator - Care Link, Nights
About The Position
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and assigning available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by continuously monitoring staff resources and using input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units, and feedback from administrative resources. The position is in the Care Link department at Piedmont Fayette Hospital and works nights from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with weekend and holiday availability required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three years of administrative, staffing, payroll, or customer service experience required.
- Experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy required.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions preferred.
