The company is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. This role provides scheduling support and caring assistance for caregivers and the community's most vulnerable, aiming to keep clients healthy and safe at home.

Responsibilities

• Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner for CICOA
• Coordinate home health aides' schedules on a daily basis.
• Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and home health aides in the system
• Follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
• Ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
• Participate in on-call rotation - serving as support for home health aides and residents
