About the team: The team supports Domain Management across Walmart, collaborating closely with the domain management lead to ensure seamless operations. It focuses on program and financial management, stakeholder communications, and process improvements to drive effective domain registration and administration. The group emphasizes clear coordination, risk assessment, and monitoring to meet business objectives. Members apply strong influencing and business operations skills to align domain strategies with organizational goals. This team plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering value through structured program execution and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Expertise in business operations with the ability to assess KPIs and support decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring tools to ensure project success.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into integrated program plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of technology landscape and its impact on business strategy and project execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • OR 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
