  • Comfort working directly with data and systems, including SQL or equivalent, reading logs, reproducing issues, and diagnosing them.
  • Experience making prioritization and product decisions across stakeholders, dependencies, and competing business needs, and distinguishing what a system must do from how it is built.
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI-assisted tools in product work and willingness to incorporate new capabilities into requirements, analysis, documentation, and day-to-day productivity.
  • Experience as the accountable system owner and single point of contact for system users, including diagnosing issues well enough to determine whether an engineering change is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own one or more enterprise systems end to end, including roadmap, backlog and priorities, requirements, and system health throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional business partners to translate operational goals into functional, data, API, and platform requirements for engineering teams.
  • Be the single accountable owner for system behavior in production, maintaining organizational system knowledge, determining roadmap implications of problems, and deciding when a change requires Engineering.
  • Maintain hands-on technical depth across systems to analyze data, independently investigate issues, identify recurring operational patterns, and turn system diagnostics into roadmap priorities.
  • Understand software partner roadmaps, identify feature needs, handle vendor issues, and align external updates with internal plans.
