Staff Software Engineer (Replica Analytics)

• Develop and document software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the strategic development and execution of the Replica Synthesis platform.
• Provide insights on technology advancements for the platform’s capabilities by ensuring scalability, reliability, and availability.
• Work with other software engineers and tech leads to define software architecture and prototype software stack.
• Assist in the development of relevant features and processes to ensure that machine learning and deep learning capabilities are properly documented and implemented on the Replica Synthesis platform.
• Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance.
• Mentor, guide, and develop less senior engineers.
• Work closely with product owners to aid in developing roadmaps and setting priorities, offer advice on how to staff projects, make short term vs long term estimates for projects and features.

• Experience in enterprise sales in the healthcare and life sciences markets
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and systems flow
• Ability to contribute to the strategic development and execution of a platform
• Familiarity with technology advancements for scalability, reliability, and availability
• Proficiency in software architecture and prototype software stack
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning capabilities
• Documentation skills for system or application reference
• Mentoring and development of junior engineers
• Collaboration with product owners for roadmap development and project prioritization
