About The Position

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is currently seeking engaged, motivated RNs who embody our commitment to compassionate care. Our CCU is a mixed specialty critical care unit with 31 beds. Our patients include open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma. We have been recognized by AACN with the Award for Unit Excellence. This is a .9 FTE position working 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
• Recent or current Critical Care experience required.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• CCRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in a mixed specialty critical care unit.
• Care for patients including those recovering from open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary issues, and trauma.
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessments, including standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias, and paced rhythms, within the first week of employment if required by the unit.
