About The Position

The Connected Warfare division builds systems supporting global command and control missions through joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain connected mesh ecosystems. The ecosystem connects robots, people, and sensors across domains and provides a source of truth for time-sensitive decisions, helping militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy. The Staff Program Manager owns program execution in partnership with the Chief Engineer, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met while exceeding customer and warfighter expectations. The role aligns engineering work with mission objectives, manages resources and tradeoffs, and develops effective planning, scope, risk-management, and execution processes. It coordinates teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test and evaluation, operations, business development, customers, and industry partners. The position also supports technical proposals and helps scope, resource, and align potential projects and scaling opportunities with organizational capabilities and strategic goals.
