Requirements

12+ years of program management experience in technology companies, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
Strategic communication skills
Exceptional listener who synthesizes complex discussions into clear, actionable insights
Translates technical concepts and strategic priorities into concise written communication tailored to diverse audiences—from engineering and data science to executive leadership
Adapts communication style to resonate with different functions and stakeholder groups
Builds trust and secures buy-in across multiple teams and levels of the organization
Navigates ambiguity and organizational complexity to align stakeholders around shared goals
Fluent in the languages of engineering, product, data science, and business operations
Thrives in undefined problem spaces, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
Makes informed decisions and drives progress even with incomplete information
Identifies patterns and creates frameworks where none exist, enabling teams to move forward confidently
Deep expertise in program and change management methodologies for mid- to large-scale initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead strategic tech wide programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization
Own end-to-end program delivery—from planning and scoping through execution and impact measurement
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Drive alignment across teams to ensure coordinated effort toward shared goals
Facilitate regular and ad hoc leadership meetings, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, ownership, and timelines
Communicate program strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels—from executives to individual contributors
Provide regular updates, solicit feedback, and proactively address blockers to maintain momentum
Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that align teams and drive accountability
