Overview: We are seeking an experienced Staff Program Manager to join the Product and Technology Core Services team, focusing on the Onboarding pillar. The Onboarding pillar is responsible for building a unified, scalable architecture that accelerates content and partner onboarding, empowers self-service through standardization, and ensures robust governance of BHN’s master data. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving initiatives that reduce onboarding time-to-launch, streamline operations through automation, and enforce data quality and compliance standards. Reporting to the Director of Core Services Program Management, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate large-scale programs that enhance client onboarding experiences, reduce time to revenue, and support our continued growth across channels. You will play a critical role in shaping the onboarding foundation that powers BHN's products and platforms, ensuring we scale with confidence while maintaining operational excellence.
