Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Prototype Operations, the Program Manager acts as a force multiplier by managing the organization’s operating rhythm, translating complex or incomplete inputs into executive communications, and pursuing operational improvements across the organization. ProtoOps spans the full prototype value chain, including Precision Shop, Supply Chain, Build, Fleet, Service & Repair, Manufacturing & Process Engineering, Quality & Test Engineering, Technical Program Management, and Procurement & Inventory Management. The role works across these areas, with scope that can grow over time.
