About The Position

Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution and transformation of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platforms in a large-scale homebuilding organization. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product, and owns the roadmap and delivery of FP&A capabilities across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate understands homebuilding financial models, has strong FP&A expertise, and has driven enterprise financial system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments. The position partners with Finance and the Lennar Technology Group (LTG) to shape product strategy, modernize Oracle EPM, and develop scalable future-state FP&A architectures and models. It also supports integrations among Oracle E1, Oracle EPM, data warehouses, and downstream reporting tools. The product manager works with technical delivery teams and FP&A leaders, while supporting adoption through training, documentation, and change management. Success means FP&A leaders can rely on modern, reliable, and scalable systems; Oracle E1 and EPM are integrated and well-governed; planning cycles become faster, more accurate, and more automated; and stakeholders see the product manager as a strategic partner.
