About The Position

Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution and transformation of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platforms across a large-scale homebuilding organization. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product, and owns the roadmap and delivery of FP&A capabilities across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM solutions. It calls for strong FP&A domain expertise, familiarity with homebuilding financial models, and experience driving enterprise financial system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments. The Product Manager owns the end-to-end vision and roadmap for systems supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. The role translates business needs into product requirements, epics, and user stories; partners with Finance and the Lennar Technology Group to design scalable future-state architectures; and leads Oracle EPM modernization and integrations with Oracle E1, data warehouses, and reporting tools. The position also provides FP&A and homebuilding domain leadership, guides technical delivery and agile execution, and drives stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management. Success means FP&A leaders can make decisions using modern, reliable, scalable systems; Oracle E1 and EPM are integrated and well-governed; planning cycles are faster, more accurate, and more automated; and stakeholders regard the Product Manager as a strategic partner.
