Luxury Presence
•$170,000 - $200,000•Remote

About The Position

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead organic discovery and AI visibility across its real estate website platform. The role owns product strategy, roadmap, and results for more than 20,000 client websites, serving site visitors, search crawlers and AI agents, and real estate businesses whose revenue depends on being discovered. The product manager will run this area like a business, working with an engineering team and across design, client success, sales, and marketing to deliver measurable client and business outcomes. The position includes improving how clients' brands, listings, and expertise appear in search results and AI-generated answers; defining ways to measure citations and visibility across answer engines; and strengthening the technical foundations shared by client websites. The role involves regular customer engagement, building business cases tied to retention and revenue, testing changes on representative groups of sites before scaling them, and translating complex product capabilities into clear value for nontechnical clients.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning a product line end to end, with accountability for adoption, client outcomes, and revenue.
  • Ability to build a business case, tie a roadmap to retention and revenue, and own results.
  • Regular customer engagement and ability to understand and explain value in customers' business terms.
  • Ability to create momentum amid ambiguity, narrow problems, make decisions, and act without waiting for every question to be answered.
  • Ability to form and test a point of view, seek counterarguments, and change direction when evidence warrants.
  • Ability to make complex concepts simple for nontechnical users, using smart defaults and guardrails over configuration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust across teams, including engineers, executives, and client success.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and a current point of view on AI search.
  • Sufficient technical depth to work credibly with engineers and identify which details affect results.
  • Rigorous measurement skills, including testing before scaling and distinguishing meaningful results from coincidence.
  • Fluency using AI as a working tool to investigate, prototype, and unblock work.

Nice To Haves

  • Product experience at a company serving small businesses or solo operators, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Square, Yelp, or Thumbtack.
  • Experience owning a marketing product that customers use to grow their businesses, such as websites, email, local listings, reviews, or social products.
  • Experience making slow or uncertain results visible and credible to customers in a category such as SEO or advertising.
  • Experience working on a platform where one change reaches many customers' sites or accounts at once.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production, especially products that generate content.
  • Background in content, editorial, or brand work, with an understanding of how a business's voice should adapt to its audience.
  • Founder, GM, or P&L experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across platform websites, including what clients can see, control, and receive credit for.
  • Spend time with clients and the teams who serve them, and use those insights to determine what to build next.
  • Build business cases for the roadmap and connect it to retention, revenue, and client outcomes.
  • Make clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how to measure citations and visibility across answer engines.
  • Own the technical foundations shared by client sites, partnering with engineering and the next-generation website platform team to solve recurring problems through better defaults, automation, or safeguards.
  • Test changes on representative groups of sites, establish their impact, and scale what works.
  • Ship with engineering and design partners, writing clear requirements that enable the team to move independently.
  • Partner with client success, sales, and marketing so launches are successful and clients understand the value delivered.
