Faire is seeking a Product Manager to set the strategy for its incentives programs and identify opportunities to improve their efficiency and value. The role is responsible for programs such as seasonal sales, spend challenges, and Insider membership, which are intended to influence customer behavior, strengthen retailer and brand relationships, and help independent retailers lower operating costs. The position combines strategic planning and customer insight with financial and business-mechanics expertise. The Product Manager will own the long-term direction and roadmap for incentives, coordinate the programs into a seamless experience, and assess the future of Insider, including whether and how it should expand. The role is accountable for incentive economics and program trade-offs, and will develop targeting capabilities to connect customers with relevant incentives. The Product Manager will work closely with Finance, Legal, Data Science, Design, and Engineering, and will communicate and execute across both leadership and delivery teams. The role is hybrid. Faire employees in hybrid roles currently work from the office three days per week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flex day of their choice on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. They may work remotely up to four weeks per year. The stated annual pay range for San Francisco, California, and New York City, New York, is $220,000–$302,500, with eligibility for equity and benefits. Actual base pay depends on permissible factors including skills, experience, market demand, and primary work location.
