About The Position

Faire is hiring a Staff Product Manager to set the strategy and roadmap for its incentives programs, including seasonal sales, spend challenges, Insider membership, and future benefits. The role focuses on helping independent retailers save on operating costs while ensuring incentives drive customer preference, strengthen relationships between retailers and brands, and deliver measurable business value. The Product Manager will bring Faire’s incentives together into a seamless experience, determine the future direction and potential expansion of Insider, and identify the highest-impact opportunities for improving program efficiency and value. The role requires financial discipline, including managing unit economics, cost per outcome, payback periods, and P&L trade-offs. It will also develop targeting capabilities that deliver the right incentive to the right customer at the right time, alongside simple experiences that help retailers discover and use benefits. This position partners closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, Data Science, Design, and Engineering. The Product Manager is expected to lead cross-functional work, communicate complex business topics to audiences ranging from engineering partners to senior leadership, and balance long-term strategy with hands-on product execution.
