  • Ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders on revenue recognition, invoicing, and audit requirements while maintaining a customer perspective.
  • Skill in writing product documents that clearly articulate the problem, evidence, and proposed solution.
  • Capability to define iterative plans for organizational progress towards desired outcomes.

  • Familiarity with GPU cloud or AI infrastructure and customer consumption patterns.
  • Fluency in SQL or similar tools for independent data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements for per-minute usage metering across Lambda's on-demand GPU fleet, including accuracy standards, reconciliation, and system behavior during instance lifecycle edge cases.
  • Develop billing solutions that cater to both self-serve, per-minute on-demand customers and sales-led committed contracts on 1-Click Clusters.
  • Define and enforce billing accuracy as a product requirement, driving reconciliation and audit mechanisms with finance and platform engineering.
  • Own the lifecycle of credits, including granting, consumption, and expiration, as well as invoice generation, delivery, and dispute resolution.
  • Partner with finance and go-to-market teams to enable quick and accurate launching of new instance types, contract structures, and pricing updates.

  • Instrument the billing experience to monitor customer confusion or surprises and implement improvements iteratively.
