Requirements

Three years of experience and/or training in the practice of medicine.
Must be in possession of a license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as issued by the State Medicine Board, or the State Osteopathic Medicine Board.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.
A conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight for assigned patients and guide their medical treatment
Interpret laboratory findings and confirm clinical evidence to support accurate diagnosis
Conduct physical exams, perform ward rounds, respond to sick calls, and make decisions regarding hospital admissions
Offer medical guidance and manage both pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients
Deliver preventive care services tailored to patient needs based on age, gender, and chronic conditions
Order and review appropriate medical studies before referring individuals to specialists
