About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join the care team in a long-term care setting. Staff Nurses play a vital role in ensuring residents’ health, comfort, and well-being in a supportive, resident-centered environment. The position is full-time.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to appropriate staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
