RN or LVN (8 hr shifts - Long Term Care)
About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join the care team and support residents’ health, comfort, and well-being in a supportive, resident-centered environment. The role may suit experienced caregivers as well as recent graduates eager to learn. Nurses provide care in accordance with established care plans, monitor residents’ health, administer prescribed medications and treatments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document care, and help maintain a clean and safe environment. Requirements
- Current and valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to appropriate staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
