Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse.
- Accurately and thoroughly document care provided and observations made during the shift.
- Communicate with supervisors at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure continuity of care.
- Attend and actively participate in required in-service education and training sessions.
