About The Position

Trinity Elms Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate Staff Nurses (LPN/RN) to join its nursing team in Clemmons, North Carolina. The Staff Nurse provides resident-centered nursing care under the direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services, collaborating with the nursing team to promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

This position is available full-time or part-time, with first, second, and third shifts. Every other weekend is required. Compensation is $29.00–$38.00 per hour, with second- and third-shift differentials and an additional $2.00 per hour in lieu of benefits. A $10,000 signing bonus is paid in increments, and employees can access earned wages before their regular payday. Benefits begin after 30 days of employment and include dental, health (including a free premium option), life, and vision insurance.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Maintain medication-room security and ensure proper medication storage.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
• Support nursing teammates and help foster a respectful, compassionate care environment.
