About The Position
St. Camillus is hiring a Staff LPN/RN for a full-time day-shift position. The role supports compassionate, dignified, and respectful resident care in a mission-driven environment. Staff work with physicians, aides, and other nurses, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences. The position emphasizes independent and adaptable practice, safety, thorough documentation, reliable attendance, and professional growth through quality assurance, teaching and mentoring, and professional networking opportunities. The schedule is 64 hours every two weeks, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with every other weekend. The position is eligible for all benefits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families.
- Collaborate with physicians, aides, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences.
- Participate in quality assurance programs.
- Teach and mentor other staff.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reliable attendance.
- Follow safety protocols and emergency-preparedness practices.
