The Integrated Campaigns team is responsible for ensuring the world knows about Docker's new products and features. This role requires adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent launches and shifting priorities. The Staff Integrated Campaigns Manager will lead demand generation campaigns, owning the full lifecycle from strategy to execution and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), lead scoring, attribution, and full-funnel campaign management. The role involves close collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Web, and Marketing Operations, and acts as the right-hand to the Head of Integrated Marketing Campaigns, representing the function in high-stakes discussions. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue impact, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions, scalable campaign frameworks, and clear communication to executive leadership.
