Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager

Forma.aiToronto, ON
CA$120,000 - CA$140,000

About The Position

Forma.ai is a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation. The marketing team is central to Forma.ai’s growth, impacting pipeline, revenue, and brand perception. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can bring structure, momentum, and executional excellence to campaigns and programs. The Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns across community, events, and content, turning Forma.ai’s marketing investments into repeatable, measurable growth engines. This role requires bridging strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are well-planned, promoted, run, and connected to business outcomes. Success means campaigns are consistently repurposed and clearly linked to pipeline, community growth, relationship-building, and brand authority.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in integrated campaigns, demand generation, community, field marketing, event marketing, or marketing programs.
  • Experience owning multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution, including planning, promotion, launch, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping details.
  • Experience running virtual and in-person events, community programming, executive roundtables, customer events, or field marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of how content, community, events, email, social, and sales follow-up work together in a B2B marketing motion.
  • Comfort writing and editing campaign copy, including emails, landing page copy, social posts, event descriptions, speaker blurbs, and promotional materials.
  • Strong B2B judgment. You understand how to market to senior buyers, how to maintain a premium brand experience, and when quality matters.
  • Experience working with sales teams to support follow-up, account engagement, and pipeline generation from marketing programs.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team where priorities are clear but the path is not always fully built.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing to RevOps, sales compensation, finance, sales leadership, HR, or enterprise operations audiences.
  • Managing or growing a professional community.
  • Working at a startup or scale-up where marketing has to balance brand-building, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Building campaign systems from scratch, not just operating inside existing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated campaigns across Forma.ai’s highest-priority marketing initiatives, including community programs, major virtual events, in-person programs, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Translate campaign strategy into executable plans across timelines, channels, content, promotion, stakeholder responsibilities, sales follow-up, and reporting.
  • Ensure every major campaign has a defined ICP, message, offer, distribution plan, sales follow-up motion, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, external community members, SMEs, partners, and executive leadership to keep campaigns aligned, focused, and moving.
  • Identify opportunities to make campaigns more efficient, repeatable, and scalable over time.
  • Build segmented follow-up motions based on audience type, engagement level, and buyer readiness, improving how Forma.ai turns campaign engagement into meaningful next steps.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaign strategy and execution across target accounts, audience segmentation, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline generation, ensuring every campaign drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Help own the execution and growth of Forma.ai’s Sales Comp Think Tank, our private community for senior sales compensation leaders.
  • Drive community member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts, ensuring the community continues to grow as a high-value audience and relationship-building engine.
  • Manage community programming strategy and logistics, including speaker coordination, session planning, run-of-show development, attendee communications, reminders, and post-event engagement.
  • Lead execution for webinars, virtual summits, private community sessions, executive breakfasts, in-person dinners, and other high-value event programs.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, agencies, freelancers, sales, customer teams, and executives as needed.
  • Track campaign performance across key indicators like registrations, attendance, engagement, community growth, etc.
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to improve future campaigns (plans, promotion, follow-up, and conversion).
  • Repurpose high-value marketing moments into multi-channel campaign assets.
  • Transform existing webinars, community sessions, executive conversations, and event insights into social posts, emails, speaker promos, recaps, sales follow-up materials, and nurture content.
