About The Position

Experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise in supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution. Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement. Skills in procure to pay workflow is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Infor M3, M3 Supply chain module (Expert).
• 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes.
• Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping.
• Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.
• Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud.
• Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects.
• Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.
• Conduct user training, prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
