About The Position

The Staff Community Product Marketing Manager, Trust and Safety, leads inbound and outbound product marketing for Reddit’s safety and platform integrity products. The role brings Trust and Safety expertise into product planning and go-to-market execution, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives for audiences on and off Reddit. This individual contributor partners with Product, Safety, Policy, Community, Communications, Engineering, User Research, and Data Science teams to launch products, drive adoption, and build understanding of Reddit’s approach to protecting authentic participation. The role uses research, community feedback, data, and market insights to identify redditor and moderator needs, inform product recommendations, and set go-to-market priorities. It owns product positioning, messaging, launch goals, activation plans, launch execution, community education, and measurement. Communications should clearly explain the benefits, limitations, and trade-offs of safety products while supporting community trust and avoiding disclosure that could weaken defenses.
