About The Position

At andCo Hospitality, we're all about turning vacations into stories worth telling. We are looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit support
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusion and respect

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Managing journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Taking ownership of monthly close processes.
• Reviewing balance sheet accounts and hunting down discrepancies.
• Supporting HOA accounting with precision.
• Tag-teaming with the budget process, turning numbers into insights.
• Creating ad-hoc reports that make decision-making look easy.
• Assist the controller with audit by preparing rock-solid schedules and workpapers for external auditors.
• Acting as the go-to for financial consistency, transparency, and accuracy.
