About The Position

The Staff Accountant at BHC supports accounting operations across all entities and departments by preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and supporting the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

Nice To Haves

  • Accounting degree preferred
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Blackline preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare routine journal entries in Sage Intacct
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline
  • Assist with monthly close activities
  • Complete P&L review within reporting tool
  • Support budget preparation in partnership with Finance
  • Maintain organized supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to provide accurate financial data
