This is a critical role responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties primarily supporting the Accounts Payable process. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

General ledger accountability, and financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
Support the strategic financial goals and initiatives of the operational departments of the company.
Responsible for general ledger.
Fixed asset processing and reporting.
Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements.
Monitor reserve accounts and short-term fund investments.
Review bank statements.
Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
Audit and verify documents.
Follow internal controls.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records and forecast anticipated results.
Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
