About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting and internal controls
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPA designation or CPA candidate
  • Experience with ERP implementation or optimization
  • Experience with process mapping and process improvement
  • Experience developing financial dashboards or KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports and monitor the status of accounts payable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Analyze and implement ERP system enhancements to improve accounting and finance processes
  • Develop and maintain financial workflows, controls, and system documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Train finance users on ERP processes and best practices
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and internal controls within financial systems
