About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting and internal controls
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA designation or CPA candidate
- Experience with ERP implementation or optimization
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement
- Experience developing financial dashboards or KPIs
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports and monitor the status of accounts payable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Analyze and implement ERP system enhancements to improve accounting and finance processes
- Develop and maintain financial workflows, controls, and system documentation
- Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports
- Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Train finance users on ERP processes and best practices
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and internal controls within financial systems
