About The Position

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Staff Accountant III. The Staff Accountant is responsible for coordinating and supporting various Treasury, General Ledger, and AP functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate cash management, insurance, credit card, and vehicle pool processes
• Maintain corporate business licenses and registrations
• Maintain corporate stock records and shareholder list
• Support month-end closing process
• Review and process expense reports
• Support ESOP, 401(k), financial statement, and various other audits
• Work on process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
