Requirements

3-5 years of experience in similar role or combination of related experience.
Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills; proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work on a team and independently.
Self-starter with initiative to learn new skills.
Positive work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with accounting department and other colleagues.

Nice To Haves

Experience with billing highly preferred.
Experience with Sage preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing and entry of vendor invoices.
Request W-9s from vendors as required.
Process weekly check runs.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Prepare, review, and submit daily/weekly invoices.
Data entry into accounts receivable system.
Reconcile payments to pending Accounts Receivables.
Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Controller.
