Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
3-5 years of experience
ERP experience, SAP Preferred
Intermediate or above User of Excel and Microsoft Office programs
Quickbooks
Strong analytical skills, motivated, able to meet required deadlines, and detail-oriented
The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Responsibility for maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing assigned general ledger accounts monthly.
Lead the financial reporting and accounting activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and GAAP requirements.
Processing of journal entries and adjustments in relation to accounts included above, which will also require working with the Financial Services Department throughout the fiscal month.
Support treasury functions including cash management, account analysis, and related reporting functions.
Support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
Supporting internal controls framework and maintaining internal control documentation in relation to the general ledger
