Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant work experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
Verify and reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate vendor payment records and ensure invoices are paid on time.
Prepare and process vendor check and electronic payments.
Monitor the accounts payable aging report and follow up on past-due invoices.
Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
Post and reconcile daily customer cash receipts.
Prepare and send customer statements and invoices.
Monitor the accounts receivable aging report and follow up on past-due accounts.
Resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
Manage collections for past-due accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments and balances.
