SRAM Circuit Design Engineer

Apple•Austin, TX

About The Position

As part of Apple’s Digital Custom Group, the SRAM Circuit Design Engineer contributes to custom silicon design for products including Mac, iPhone, iPad, AirPods, HomePod, and Watch. The role works across hardware disciplines and supports the development of silicon designs that influence CPU, GPU, SoC, Neural Engine, and camera products. The engineer designs and implements custom digital circuits for SRAM, collaborates with logic and architecture teams to define specifications, and develops architectures and topologies optimized for power, timing, area, and yield. The work spans schematic capture, simulation and analysis, margin verification, functional equivalency and DFT modeling, layout collaboration, extracted GDS verification, backend verification including IR/EM, RTL development and validation, and post-silicon productization support.
