About The Position
This role is responsible for defining and executing Go-to-Market strategies for Professional Pressure Washer and Aftermarket Parts & Accessory brands. The position involves leading multi-channel sales performance across various networks, driving high-growth strategies for the Spraymart aftermarket division, and directing industrial brand positioning, digital lead generation, and field trade show strategies. The Sr. VP will also partner with Product Management, Service, and Finance to align customer feedback with product roadmaps and EBITDA goals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of senior sales and marketing leadership in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or capital goods.
- Deep domain expertise managing independent dealer networks and aftermarket parts distribution models.
- Proven success managing multi-site teams and complex P&L responsibilities exceeding $150M.
- Strong financial acumen in equipment financing, dealer floor-plan structures, and capital lease management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Industrial Management
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.

- Partner with Product Management, Service, and Finance to align customer feedback with product roadmaps and EBITDA goals.
