About The Position

Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to work in its Maple Grove, Minnesota closing center. The role is part of the closing team and helps buyers and sellers complete real estate transactions. The processor prepares closing files for review and signing at the closing table and works closely with closers, lenders, production staff, and agents. This is an in-office position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Two to five years of real estate, mortgage, or title experience.
Strong computer skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently, manage deadline pressures, and work as part of a team.
Effective interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and customer-service focused.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong aptitude for figures.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month.
Willingness to travel if needed.
Position may require a title license.

Responsibilities

Prepare and balance closing disclosures, settlement statements, and documentation required to close transactions.
Follow professional and proper procedures for real estate and mortgage closings, including accounting for escrow funds, reviewing lender and recording packages, and making necessary corrections.
Monitor upcoming transactions for completeness and compliance, ensuring required information has been ordered and is accurate, including payoffs, abstracts, title evidence, reports, and mortgage documentation.
Ensure title issues are resolved before closing.
