About The Position

Lennar Title is seeking an on-site Escrow Closing Assistant to support escrow transactions and provide professional service to homebuyers and guests. The role assists with reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels and payoffs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. The associate also helps develop and participate in marketing efforts to attract and retain clients, maintains and organizes the office lobby, welcomes guests courteously and professionally, assists incoming callers, and contributes to a positive image of Lennar Title.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Reception and/or customer service training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions independently from contract execution through closing.
• Identify potential closing issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform assigned clerical duties.
• Monitor office supplies and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain log books.
• Administer and maintain printers and copiers.
• Handle mailing, postage, and mail distribution.
• Assist with reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels and payoffs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements.
• Welcome guests and assist incoming telephone callers professionally.
• Help develop and participate in marketing activities to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain and organize the office lobby.
