About The Position

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruiting activities to meet workforce needs across administrative and craft roles. The specialist partners with hiring managers to identify role requirements, source candidates, and guide candidates through the hiring process. The role maintains recruiting documentation and candidate pipelines while contributing to a positive candidate experience and effective recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language proficiency, both written and verbal, preferred for roles supporting craft recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate candidate evaluation processes.
• Develop candidate pipelines through outreach, networking, job boards, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and requisition documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting events, outreach programs, and workforce engagement initiatives.
